RESERVATIONS
Offering outstanding tours, we suggest to you for making the bookings at least 2 months in advance, if possible.

LAST-MINUTE BOOKING

• ‘Flexibility’ is our ‘Promise’ but for the last moment reservation, we like to recommend you to do in the office of Ayuda Myanmar Travel Tour Agency Co. Ltd, at No. 46, Ground Floor(Right), 165th Street, Tarmwe Gyi(B) Ward, Tarmwe Township, Yangon, Myanmar.

• Flights only, Train Tickets only, Bus Tickets only, Hotel Bookings only should also be made at the office of Ayuda Myanmar Travel Tour Agency Co. Ltd., No. 46, Ground Floor(Right), 165th Street, Tarmwe Gyi(B) Ward, Tarmwe Township, Yangon, Myanmar.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
. 30 % of total tour cost shall be paid in time of booking by bank transfer

. Full-payment shall be made 40 days before arrival(Can be flexible!)

CANCELLATION FEES
. 60 to 46 days before arrival : 15% of total cost

. 45 to 31 days prior to commencement 30% of total cost

· 30 – 15 days prior to commencement 60% of total cost

· 14 days prior to commencement 100%

. No show on the arrival day at the airport, No Refund!!!

LIABILITY
Ayuda Myanmar Travel Tour Agency Co. Ltd. acts as an intermediary between transportation and airline companies, hotels, tourist offices and all other contractors providing the services and as such is not liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political action and unrest must be borne by passengers. Participation in our promotional trips implies the tourist’s agreement to the above.

No rain cheques or compensation will be given for non-attendance, rain or canceled activities. Meals not taken are not refundable!

INSURANCE
We recommend travel insurance to cover accidents, theft or cancellation. CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!

WARRANTY
Ayuda Myanmar Travel Tour Agency Co. Ltd. is not liable for any injury, loss or damage the traveler suffers during or in connection with the journey, nor for itinerary modifications due to circumstances beyond Ayuda Myanmar Travel Tour Agency Co. Ltd.’s control.

DOCUMENTATION
A passport is required, valid for 6 months beyond your tour departure date. A visa is required for Myanmar.

HEALTH ADVICES
At the moment, taking inoculations are not necessary for traveling to Myanmar. There are recommended inoculations such as Polio, Hepatitis, Typhoid and Malaria. Altitude may be a concern to some travelers. Please consult your physician for your specific needs.
